This is my response to a question I was asked in regards to Full Frontal Feminism. I definitely think that it should be equal pay for equal work. Women should be paid based on their ability to get the job done. Many places are now giving men time off to after the birth of their children just as they do for women, yet it is considered such a noble deed when men take time off this time. W women takes off time to give birth and it's considered a burden to the work place. Does this sound right to you?
